The Sassy Onion has been serving some of the best breakfast and lunch faire since 2002. We are committed to providing high quality ingredients with great customer service in a clean family environment. In 2010 the Sassy Onion expanded their operations, and we now have seven locations, all in the Salem area. Our locations you can visit us at include the Oregon State Capitol building, the Labor and Industries Building, Capitol City Business Center, Caffe 680, and of course the Sassy Onion Grill. Our closed facilities include Saif Corp, and T-mobile, where we provide great food and service to only the employees in the building.

At the Sassy Onion Grill, Our World Famous French Toast is served all day every day, and you can get it topped with delicious ingredients such as Marionberries, Blueberries and Whipped Cream, or one of our seasonal selections. We serve more than just great french toast for breakfast though. Our omelets and scrambles include some old-fashioned favorites like, and some new traditions such as our Green Eggs and Ham scramble, with proscuitto and pesto. Fresh baked English muffins make great breakfast sandwiches, and wonderful eggs benedict. Our menu offers Scratch Buttermilk pancakes, thick-cut peppered bacon, and many other taste tantalizing choices. Breakfast is served Monday through Friday 6 AM to 11 AM, and Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 3 PM

If you are looking a great lunch place close to Willamette University, the capitol or downtown salem, The Sassy Onion Grill is the place. Located just one block east of campus, we are a great spot to meet a friend, have a lunch date, or a business meeting. We offer a wide variety of salads, sandwiches, soups, wraps, burgers, and other hot entrees. All of our burgers and sandwiches are on fresh baked bread, and are filled with great fixings. Our salads are built or tossed to order, so you can get them any way you like. It's best to get one of our berry lemonades, which is made with our sweet and tangy fresh lemonade.

Our other locations also provide great breakfast and lunches in a quick service atmosphere. Hours vary depending on location, so check out our locations page before heading down. They are all over Salem, so most likely there is one close to you. Stop by one of our locations today, we would love to meet you.
